Please read this notice before registering for the gift card raffle. This page is the official version of our Terms Of Services.
Prize selection
Eligible participants are newcomers who registered for that Sunday’s raffle and checked in at Experience Service or Ready at 20. Arriving at the other service still counts. Missing one service does not void the ticket. A phone number is placed on the master block list when someone enters the raffle, when they do not check in by the time the second raffle of that Sunday is run, or when an administrator adds a First Love Church, ABEDE LLC, or Lighthouse Chapel staff number. Numbers on that list cannot register again.
Each Sunday session may award at most 10 prizes. If 10 or fewer eligible newcomers check in for that session, everyone who checked in receives a prize, limited to gift cards still in inventory. If more people check in than prizes available for that drawing, winners are chosen at random, never more than 10 and never more than ABEDE LLC has in stock. For example, if twenty-five gift cards are on hand and ten are awarded in the morning, then the evening drawing has at most fifteen cards remaining, and still no more than 10 winners.
Prize distribution is based strictly on availability and will not award more prizes than ABEDE LLC has in stock.
Terms Of Services for Gift Card Raffle Registration
First Love Church of New York (“the Church,” “we,” or “us”) collects limited personal information when you register for the Newcomer Gift Card Raffle. Please read this notice carefully. You must agree to these Terms Of Services before you can complete registration.
Information we collect
We collect your first name, last name, and phone number. We may also record your raffle ticket code, the date and time of registration, and related raffle check-in details so we can operate the drawing.
How we use your information
By registering, you give the Church permission to use your name and phone number to contact you about the raffle (including winner notifications) and to encourage you to return to church and participate in the life of First Love Church of New York.
How we protect and share your information
Your information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes described in these Terms Of Services. We will not sell your personal information. We will not share it with any external parties except as required by law.
Legal compliance
First Love Church of New York follows all applicable New York City and New York State laws, rules, and regulations relating to the collection, use, and safeguarding of personal information.
Your agreement
By checking the box on the registration form, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms Of Services, including our collection of your name and phone number as described above.
These Terms Of Services may be updated from time to time to remain consistent with the law and with Church policy. The version published on this page is the official version in effect at the time you register.
